RHCE Courses Outline:

  1. Setting up kernel runtime parameters
  2. Configuring an iSCSI initiator
  3. Building simple RPMs
  4. Producing and delivering reports on system utilization using shell scripting to automate system maintenance tasks
  5. Configuring system logging, including remote logging
  6. Managing Flexible storage with the Logical Volume Manager (LVM)
  7. Configuring a system to provide networking services including HTTP (HyperText Transfer Protocol)/HTTPS (HyperText Transfer Protocol Secure), FTP (File Transfer Protocol), NFS (Network File System), SMB (Server Message Block), SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol), SSH (Secure Shell), and NTP (Network Time Protocol ) etc.,

RHCE Course Eligibility:

RHCE certification requires you to pass the RHCE Exam (EX300). It’s a two-hour practical exam. Candidates can gain the knowledge and skills by reading the RHCE exam guides. The eligibility requirements are as below:

  • The candidate should be an IT support technician with an experience of min. 1 year.
  • Hardware and networking (A+/N+) certificate or equivalent knowledge.
  • Windows OS basic knowledge.
